Job Description:
As an AI Engineer, you will be building LLM capability services such as RAG Q&A, summarisation, document integration and tool integration. As well as this, you will be developing LLM-backed APIs (FastAPI) for LLM chatbot capabilities.
Core duties:
* Implementing retrieval worksflows (chunking, embeddings, grounded answering)
* Integrating with enterprise data sources, MinIO, Databricks, Postgres/PGVector, Azure AI Search etc.
* Improving response quality through evaluation and testing
* Deploying services in OpenShift and Azure via GitLab CI/CD
Essential Skills:
* Python backend engineering skill
* Experience of RAG implementation and LLM orchestration
* Knowledge of key tools such as FastAPI, Langchain/LangGraph, vLLM, AI Search, Hugging Face, Docling, PGVector and AI Foundry
