Learning and Organisational Development Partner
London Hybrid
Full time: 37.5 hours per week
Shift times: Monday -Friday

The Learning and Organisational Development Partner will work closely with the Head of Leadership Development to deliver the Organisational Development strategy and operational plans for the development of colleagues, managers and leaders.
The L&OD Partner will be responsible for the design, facilitation (virtually and in-person) and evaluation of a broad range of learning and OD solutions including management, leadership and interpersonal skills training to strengthen capability and drive meaningful change.
As a skilled business partner/ consultant, you will build and fostering strong relationships through partnering and consulting with our Senior Leadership and HR stakeholders to ensure development support is operationally and strategically aligned.
The L&OD Partner will also be responsible for leading the apprenticeship, digital learning and performance management agenda including the management of partnerships with external training providers who deliver levy funded development support.
The role is based in London with occasional travel requirements to our sites in Manchester, Birmingham and Prestatyn.
What you'll bring:
* Extensive experience in facilitation, including management and leadership development training
* Ability to partner and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* An autonomous, proactive, innovative and driven approach to learning facilitation with a focus on the experience of the learner
* Experience of utilising and developing in-house learning management systems
* Expert in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Certificate in training practice or equivalent, CIPD qualified -desirable
