Project Advisor

Responsible for leading small to medium sized projects to deliver the agreed outcomes and deliverables within time, cost and quality requirements.

Guiding and coordinating with all relevant parties to understand and deliver project objectives and KPIs, providing day to day management and leadership of the project and the project team.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing project delivery, aligning resources, teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and performance outcomes.
* Championing health, safety and wellbeing across all project activities.
* Maintaining robust project plans, schedules and budgets, proactively managing risks and opportunities.
* Driving quality assurance, governance and continuous improvement.
* Facilitating effective stakeholder engagement, communication and decision-making.
* Supporting net zero goals through sustainable delivery and proactive carbon management.
You'll need to have:
* Substantial previous work experience in project management (or equivalent).
* MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS (or working towards) or local equivalent.
* Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
* Appropriate construction skills certification scheme (CSCS) card or equivalent.
