Mission:

Drive market success through strategic positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for Building Management System (BMS) solutions.

You are responsible for translating technical capabilities into compelling customer value, enabling sales teams, and ensuring offers are clearly differentiated in the market.

You lead the development of impactful marketing and sales collateral, conduct competitive and customer analysis, and refine messaging based on market insights. You support product launches, contribute to demand generation, and play a key role in increasing awareness and pipeline across target segments.

Your work directly impacts market visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth by ensuring BMS solutions are effectively positioned and commercially aligned. As an experienced individual contributor, you operate with a high degree of autonomy, applying professional judgement to prioritise activities, shape messaging, and influence outcomes across the business.

You will be responsible for driving the go-to-market success and ongoing optimisation of BMS offers across the UK & Ireland. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, you ensure that BMS solutions are aligned to customer needs, competitively positioned, and effectively commercialised to support growth.

Responsibilities:

Product Positioning & Value Proposition:

* Define and evolve the positioning, messaging, and value propositions for BMS and related Digital Building solutions.
* Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, customer-focused benefits and use cases.
* Ensure differentiation against competitors and alignment with market needs and trends.
Market Insight & Competitive Intelligence:

* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, buying behaviours, and industry trends.
* Perform competitive analysis to inform positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
* Leverage customer and sales feedback to continuously refine messaging and offers.
Go-to-Market & Product Launches:
* Support and execute go-to-market strategies for BMS offers, including new launches and enhancements.
* Ensure readiness across messaging, sales enablement, and campaign alignment.
* Collaborate with Product Management and global teams to align on launch priorities and execution.
Demand Generation & Campaign Support:

* Contribute to lead generation and awareness campaigns aligned to BMS growth objectives.
* Work with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns across key segments (e.g. healthcare, commercial real estate, data centres).
* Support content creation including case studies, whitepapers, and digital assets.
Sales Enablement:
* Develop and maintain high-quality sales enablement tools including presentations, playbooks, and solution messaging.
* Deliver training and support to sales teams and partners to improve positioning and win rates.
* Support key opportunities with tailored messaging and value articulation.
Pricing & Commercial Support:

* Contribute to pricing strategy by providing market insights, competitive benchmarks, and positioning input.
* Support monitoring of pricing performance and win/loss insights to inform commercial decisions.
* Assist in building business cases and supporting offer optimisation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

* Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across strategy and execution.
* Act as a key interface between global offer teams and local market requirements.
* Support consistency in messaging and positioning across channels and stakeholders.
Performance & Continuous Improvement:

* Track and analyse campaign and offer performance to optimise marketing effectiveness.
* Use data-driven insights to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
* Continuously refine go-to-market approaches based on results and feedback.
Expected Results:

Skills & Experience:

* Experience in product marketing, offer marketing, or BMS / building technologies
* Strong understanding of Building Management Systems, smart buildings, or digital energy solutions
* Proven ability to develop value propositions and translate technical solutions into customer value
* Experience in go-to-market execution, demand generation, and sales enablement
* Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate independently and influence cross-functional teams
* Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field
