Responsibilities:
* Deliver high quality customization through embroidery and heat transfer
* Actively promote the customization service and benefits to customers throughout the store
* Accurately complete reports and share data with key stakeholders
* Maintain the customization equipment with care
* Create customer loyalty and stay connected
* Maintain a premium retail space
* Support and respect your fellow crocodiles
* Ensure that procedures are always followed
* Be an ambassador of the brand
* Apply the Lacoste Sales steps
