We are looking for an extraordinary, high-energy Flagship Store Manager to lead the Carnaby Crew and shape the retail team of the future. 🚀
What You'll Do
* 👥 Lead & Inspire: Recruit, develop, and foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing team.
* 📈 Drive Performance: Combine your commercial acumen with creative retail strategies to exceed flagship sales, conversion, and transaction targets.
* ☕ Host the Community: Execute high-impact brand activations and manage the customer experience.
* ✨ Retail Excellence: Keep visual merchandising pristine and master operational systems with absolute precision.
* ⚡ Collaborate & Trend-Spot: Partner closely with Head Office to react instantly to fast-moving beauty, cultural, and social media trends
