Job Description:
The Mobility Aftermarket division (MA) provides the aftermarket and repair shops worldwide with modern diagnostic and repair shop equipment and a wide range of spare parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles. About 16,000 associates, as well as a global logistics network, ensure that spare parts reach customers quickly and on time. MA supplies testing and repair-shop technology, diagnostic software, service training, and information services. In addition, the division is responsible for the "Bosch Car Service" repair-shop franchise, one of the world's largest independent chains of repair-shops.
* In this position you act as the primary interface in Europe, ensuring alignment between Sales and Business Units regarding strategy, pricing, communication, and portfolio management.
* You develop a European growth strategy for our products, including financial planning, and you coordinate its implementation at EU level.
* To achieve European business targets you monitor and manage product KPIs such as TGS/TNS, GM1/EBIT PCR, price potentials, sales, and market coverage.
* Furthermore you take responsibility for portfolio management by steering portfolio performance, addressing challenges at EU level, and ensuring market-oriented product development as well as optimized market entry.
* In addition, you conduct competitive analyses at EU level to identify opportunities, risks, and future trends, and derive concrete action points.
* At least, you assume functional leadership of strategic product initiatives, projects, and processes towards the EU PS Team, focusing on the successful deployment of product strategy, while driving product sales development in close collaboration with the Customer Category Manager.
Qualifications:
* Education: completed university studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable subject
* Experience and Knowledge: solid experience in IAM sales and/or marketing functions; good knowledge of MA and SMS tasks and processes is an advantage
* Personality and Working Practice: you are skilled at developing complex market strategies and communicating them convincingly; you enjoy taking on functional leadership of strategic initiatives and bringing teams together at the European level; you are adept at conducting data-driven analyses and deriving concrete measures for portfolio management
* Languages: business fluent in written and spoken English; German is an advantage
