As Analytics Manager within the Chief Data Office, you'll oversee all analytics activities-business intelligence, reporting, advanced analytics, and machine learning-across regions and functions. You'll connect business needs with data solutions, ensuring insights are accessible, reliable, and impactful. Leading a global team of analysts, BI specialists, and data scientists, you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, shape analytics strategy, and promote a data-driven culture. This role offers a significant growth opportunity for a high-caliber analytics professional to develop into broader leadership. Key responsibilities: Define and execute the analytics vision and roadmap aligned with business priorities and AI strategies, identifying measurable value opportunities. Collaborate with Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Finance, and Customer Experience to identify key data use cases and ensure quality outputs. Manage requirements and oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of advanced analytics and machine learning models (e.g., churn, fraud, segmentation). Lead the migration from legacy platforms (SAS, Business Objects) to Azure, Databricks, and Power BI, automating processes with data engineers. Develop and maintain a global dashboard framework, promote self-service tools, and ensure governance, data quality, and compliance. Lead and mentor a team of 5 data professionals, fostering a high-performance, impactful culture. Support data and AI governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Collaborate with Data & AI leadership to align strategies and ensure effective implementation. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Your skills & experience: Advanced degree in Data Science, Analytics, Actuarial Science, or Statistics with significant leadership in insurance, health, or finance. Proven success in delivering impactful global analytics programs and leading diverse analytics teams. Expertise in defining requirements and managing advanced analytics and ML models for structured data. Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Python, Azure, Databricks, and Dataiku, with hands-on ETL/ELT experience. Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, validation, governance, data quality, and GenAI awareness. Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders globally. Strategic, pragmatic, and delivery-focused, adept at navigating ambiguity and fostering innovation. French proficiency is a preferred.
