As an Early Careers Talent Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting early career talent at Sanofi, by implementing our early career programs.

Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity.

Main responsibilities:
* Meticulously track the progress of early career talent throughout their programs (e.g., internships, apprenticeships), monitoring performance metrics, rotation completions, and key milestones.
* Track early career performance data, including performance reviews, feedback, and other relevant metrics.
* Serve as a point of contact for early career participants, providing guidance, answering questions, and escalating issues to program managers as needed.
* Maintain regular communication with participants, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their program journey.
* Utilize data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to identify program trends, assess program effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to optimize the participant experience and program outcomes.
* Provide administrative and logistical support for early career programs, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, preparing materials, and managing program documentation.
* Relay insights to talent management teams to identify high-potential individuals and potential areas for program improvement.
* Coordinate with early career program stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions between rotations, ensuring alignment with program objectives and individual development goals.

About you
You are a highly motivated individual and passionate about contributing to the development of Sanofi's early career talent pipeline and fostering a culture of growth and opportunity. You will provide essential administrative, logistical, and coordination support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for program participants and stakeholders.

Experience
* Have experience in program coordination, HR analytics, or talent management, with demonstrated ability to track and analyse data sets
* Excel/data visualization tools and managing multiple participant cohorts simultaneously is essential
* Ability to identify process inefficiencies, recommend enhancements, and maintain meticulous records while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Strong program management and administrative skills
* Excellent coordination and logistical support
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
