Role Context
The Fixed Income product provides live data on Corporate and Sovereign Bonds, along with key analytical and industry-specific data points based on official documentation. This role offers a strong foundation in Fixed Income markets and allows for deep market understanding through hands-on experience and document analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

* Review and update corporate bond data using internal systems and proprietary software
* Respond to and resolve client queries
* Perform quality control on securities data
* Identify and reconcile data discrepancies
* Build and maintain client and contributor relationships
* Collaborate globally on time-sensitive projects and new initiatives

Essential Criteria

* Demonstrated interest in financial markets and strong knowledge of fixed income
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
* Fluency in English and Spanish
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
* High attention to detail with speed and accuracy in data processing
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* Strong written communication and presentation skills
