What you will do

* As a member of your project team you'll work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change.

* You'll help teams understand client challenges by conducting research, gathering data, running surveys and interviews, and turning information into clear insights.

Contract type: Permanent contract (contratto a tempo indeterminato)
CCNL applied: CCNL Commercio (National Collective Bargaining Agreement of companies in the Services and Distribution Sectors)
Level / Classification: Impiegato, Level 1
Remuneration
Base starting salary (full-time equivalent): EUR 43,000
The candidates eligible will receive also a 7.000EUR una-tantum sign-on bonus in their first month of employment.
This amount is expressed as a full-time equivalent. The above base salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria, in accordance with applicable law. Any final salaries may vary based on factors such as your unique blend of experience and skills and our current organizational needs.

* Annual discretionary bonus under the terms of the applicable Company Policy (variable remuneration linked to individual and company performance)
