Overview: The Logistics Manager plays a key role in ensuring efficient, reliable, and cost-effective physical flows across the supply chain network. Combining strong operational leadership with a continuous improvement mindset, this role oversees day-to-day logistics activities while contributing to strategic transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing warehousing, transportation, and overall logistics performance. Working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, Finance, and Procurement, as well as external logistics partners, the Logistics Manager ensures operational excellence, service continuity, and the successful evolution of logistics capabilities in line with business needs
Skills Associated Hard Skills * Logistics & Warehouse Management: Expertise in warehousing, transportation, inventory, and 3PL management. * Project & Process Management: Experience in supply chain project management, process mapping, and operational design. * Performance & Data Analysis: Strong grasp of KPI/SLA management, performance monitoring, and data interpretation. * Systems Knowledge: Understanding of ERP, WMS, and logistics data flow. * Compliance: Knowledge of safety, quality, and international logistics standards.
