Shift Schedule: 4-on/4-off rotation (4 day shifts, 4 off, 4 night shifts, 4 off)
Responsibilities

* Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on plant equipment
* Troubleshoot, repair, and analyze equipment failures
* Install and upgrade production lines with new technology
* Contribute to site-wide safety and quality initiatives
* Collaborate with technicians, contractors, and production teams to keep our facility running at optimal capacity
Qualifications

* Journeyman Millwright Certification (Alberta or Red Seal)
* Electrical or Power Engineering/Steam Ticket is an asset
* Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing or production
* Experience with predictive maintenance, instrumentation, and PLCs is an asset

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
* Ability to lift/carry 45-60 lbs continuously for 8-12 hours
* Ability to push/pull up to 80 lbs frequently
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping
* Completion of required Safety and Quality/Food Safety training and compliance with all site policies
