Job Description
As a Principal at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of the firm.
Working alongside a dedicated and diverse team, you will advise our clients to define and implement strategies that deliver results in an ever-changing market environment.
Through unique hands-on experiences, you will broaden your knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm. Key Responsibilities
* Partner with clients across industries to understand executive and board-level issues and develop impactful strategies.
* Drive and deliver large-scale transformation programs.
* Maintain long-term relationships with previous clients and proactively develop new relationships through external networking.
* Lead business development efforts with new clients, with a visible role in client meetings and presentations.
* Develop marketable points of view on business challenges, including the creation of intellectual capital, and proactively share and disseminate with demonstrated applicability to clients.
* Mentor and apprentice junior colleagues, helping them hone and develop their professional skills and experience.
* Lead and develop strategy for at least one firm-building activity, e.g. recruiting, training, and mentoring.
* Actively manage the firm's financials, business, and staff utilization, as well as determine pricing and negotiate complex contracts for long-term profitability.
