Your "day to day":

As a B2C Deployment Lead you will lead the market deployment side of the B2C acquisition initiatives. You will also:
* initiate new B2C activities;
* be responsible for identifying, proposing and deploying improvements to the existing initiatives;
* coordinate deployment of various initiatives with the relevant departments;
* own and supervise B2C activities related field operations;
* manage external partners ensuring that projects are delivered to the standards of excellence and in accordance with the budget;
* deploy B2C activities plans during existing events and take ownership on dedicated events.

We expect that you:

* have a University/College degree;
* have a proven successful experience in supervising large sales teams in FMCG or retail environment;
* have strong planning and project management skills;
* are able to occasionally work non-standard hours (evenings, weekends) during events;
* have great MS Office skills;
* are fluent in English and Lithuanian;
* have driving license (B category).

Salary range for this role is from 4830 EUR gross to 6030 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate
