As a Associate Counsel Baltics you will:
* collaborate with all functions in Baltics countries on day-to-day matters
* evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
* communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsels, public authority etc.)
* draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
* working on different projects
* member of the local Special Situations Team for BL countries

Requirements and skills:
* Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
* Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
* High degree of professional ethics and integrity
* Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
* Communication skills

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
