Your team
The Pictet Group is one of the world's leading independent wealth and asset managers. Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
Your role
* Manage Corporate Actions with client/Portfolio Manager choices (Corporate Action notifications, deadline management, handling client/custodian instructions, etc.)
* Monitor and ensure compliance with deadlines
* Calculate the impact of Corporate Actions on our Funds (UCITS - AIF, etc.)
* Conduct investigations with custodians in case of incomplete or missing information
* Keep portfolio managers, financial analysts, and custodians informed
* Ensure daily management of income (coupons, dividends, reimbursements)
* Analyze and process mandatory Corporate Actions (stock splits or reverse splits, free share allocations, mergers, demergers, etc.)
* Control and analyze the impact of our operations for investment fund clients
* Billing and control of processed operations
* Billing of Corporate Actions on OTC products such as "Contract for Difference" and Loans
* Manage breaks and perform reconciliations
* Participate in testing campaigns for new developments
Your profile
* University degree in finance or equivalent (Bachelor's level or similar)
* Good knowledge of traditional financial products (equities, bonds)
* Excellent knowledge of investment funds
* Knowledge of derivatives and structured products
* Good understanding of interbank messaging systems (SWIFT)
* Proficient in using various financial information platforms (Telekurs, Bloomberg)
* Knowledge of Avaloq: an asset
* Languages: Fluent in French, good level of English
