As a Talent Acquisition Executive, your role will go beyond interviewing and shortlisting. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their dynamic needs, shape effective hiring strategies, and ensure a great candidate experience from first contact through to offer stage. You'll also build relationships with job seekers and candidates, helping connect the right people to the right opportunities.
You'll also have the chance to:
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
Support employer branding initiatives and explore new ways to reach potential candidates.
Use modern recruitment tools such as Workday to manage your recruitment portfolio efficiently.
What You'll Bring:
If you have 1 to 3 years of experience as a recruiter, are proactive, motivated, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and skilled at building relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Some core prerequisites include:
* A degree in a people-related field (e.g. HR, psychology, business, or similar).
* Experience in talent acquisition, ideally within the experienced hire market.
* Sound knowledge of and a genuine interest in HR and recruitment best practices.
* Proven experience using various recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
