Under the management of the Supply Planning Manager, the supply planner will be responsible for developing short and medium-term plan between Barry Callebaut North America production facilities. The supply planner will work closely with customer service, production plants, as well as key business stakeholders to ensure availability of products serving our customer on time and full. Additionally, the Supply Planner will participate in key initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

* Develop and maintain production plans, deployment plan, and inventory levels in order to ensure an effective and efficient supply chain

* Monitor production plan and communicate with local plants to ensure timely delivery of products

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting

* Analyze inventory levels and adjust production and deployment plans accordingly

* Develop and implement strategies for optimizing inventory levels across warehouses

* Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics

* Review and update supply network model and processes to ensure cost-efficiency

* Generate reports to track inventory levels and identify potential supply shortages

About you:

* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field

* APIC or related supply chain certification

* English fluent

* 2 to 3 years experience in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, and/or logistics

* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

* Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
