Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The IT Application Controls Associate Analyst is responsible for ensuring the design, implementation, and operation of effective IT General Controls (ITGCs) and application controls across systems that support financial and operational processes. The role partners with S&T, Controllership, and external auditors to sustain a strong control environment enabling reliability in systems that underpin business operations.

Your Impact

As Audit Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of

Assist market units to complete assessments to identify IT-related risks impacting financial reporting and operational integrity.
Monitor controls: User access request processing, User access recertification, Terminated users, SoD analysis, Monitoring of dormant accounts, privileged Access recertification and monitoring, password configuration and monitoring.
Maintain an audit trail of control execution and testing.
Work with market units/IT to remediate control deficiencies.
Understand the framework, policy requirements related scope of work, including objective, risks and the importance of the control.
AB controls portal update.
Identify areas for further improvements and optimization for both control execution and testing.
Support audit requirements from corporate & external auditors.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
Experience: 1 - 2 years in IT audit, IT risk management, internal controls, or similar functions.
Knowledge: ITGCs and application control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, COSO, SOX 404), ERP systems (SAP preferred) and related control environments, understanding of cybersecurity and data management fundamentals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to interpret technical information clearly
Effective collaboration and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability and learning agility in evolving technology landscapes
Process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and risk reduction.
English level: Business Conversational (written and spoken)
