El objetivo de este rol, busca representar a la empresa ante instituciones del sector salud gubernamental, promoviendo y posicionando el portafolio de vacunas GSK mediante relaciones profesionales sólidas, asegurando el cumplimiento de normativas, procesos de compra y lineamientos institucionales.

Responsabilidades

* Promover vacunas clave ante médicos, especialistas y personal clave de instituciones de salud del sector público.
* Establecer y mantener relaciones profesionales con tomadores de decisión en hospitales y dependencias gubernamentales.
* Dar seguimiento a procesos de licitación, adjudicación y compras gubernamentales en coordinación con KAM y áreas internas, así como la generación de solicitud de pacientes específicos para la adquisición de vacunas.
* Capacitar al personal médico y de enfermería sobre el uso, beneficios y características del portafolio de vacunas GSK.
* Monitorear inventarios, consumo y demanda dentro de las instituciones asignadas.
* Elaborar reportes de actividades, visitas y resultados comerciales.

Requisitos Mandatorios

* Licenciatura terminada en negocios internacionales, administración, comercio, o carreras afines.
* Conocimiento del proceso de abasto, licitaciones, compras por paciente especifico y cuadros básicos del sector gubernamental.
* Experiencia trabajando con portafolios de infectología, reumatología, nefrología, hematología u oncología. .
* Habilidades de planeación y análisis de información, uso de formatos de monitoreo, Excel, CRM, rutas hospitalarias.
* Habilidades comerciales para gestionar argumentación basada en evidencia clínica.
* Capacidad de Negociación. Influencia alta en tomadores de decisiones y control de cuentas.

Lugar de trabajo y modalidad

* Modalidad: Presencial en Ciudad de México.
* Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio nacional
