As Housekeeping Manager, you will work to oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations across guest rooms, apartments, and public areas, ensuring every space is immaculately maintained, thoughtfully staged, and ready to welcome guests from day one.
Grounded in our Purpose to "Care for People so they can be their Best", the Housekeeping Manager is responsible for bringing this Purpose to life through the execution and delivery of the Hyatt brand and brand experiences across all stakeholders: guests, colleagues, customers, owners, and communities.
With passion, care, and a strong work ethic, the Housekeeping Manager actively and consistently engage all stakeholders to listen, learn, and lead a diverse team focused on building brand loyalty and cultivating positive guest experiences
Ihr Profil:
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as Housekeeping Manager in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
* Demonstrated success in pre-opening environments is highly desirable.
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional leadership, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
* Comprehensive knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and safety procedures
* An eye for detail with experience of presenting and staging rooms for guest arrival
* Fluency in English and Spanish is a most
