The Opportunity

Your Impact
The Quality and Food Safety Reporting Representative will be accountable for the execution of various workstreams including but not limited to Documentation Review, Quality Systems Management, Business Analytics, Reporting, Scorecarding, Data Management and Entry, Training Materials, Presentation Creation in support of the Quality and Food Safety area. This position will support the Quality and Sanitation Manager.
Responsibilities

* This role will be responsible to be a steward of plant supply chain preventive controls, provide tactical execution of the reporting requirements, analysis of data, and preparation of presentation materials.
* Delivery of department KPIs in support of strategic business initiatives are critical for success.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

* English Fluency required - written and verbal

* Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred

* 0-2 years of experience with Reporting and Business Analytics

* Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel), Tableau/Power BI required .

* Experience in a food or consumer goods environment and familiarity with Product quality attributes a plus

* Super organizational, communication, and analytical skills

* Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
