Are you ready to define and lead the future of Data, Analytics, and AI at Allianz Benelux? As the Chief Data, Analytics & AI Officer, you will shape and execute a cutting-edge strategy that positions data and AI as core drivers of business performance, transformation, and competitive advantage.
In this role, you will oversee the Data & AI Office, managing data engineering, analytics, AI, business intelligence, and governance. You will ensure scalable architectures, robust data foundations, and industrialized AI capabilities to enable advanced decision-making, automation, and innovation. Beyond technology, you will foster a data-driven culture, embed AI into business processes, and deliver measurable value across the organization. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with senior leaders to ensure Data & AI investments deliver tangible outcomes in productivity, growth, risk mitigation, and customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:
* Define & Lead the Data & AI Strategy: Develop and execute an enterprise-wide strategy aligned with business objectives. Translate strategic ambitions into actionable roadmaps with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
* Oversee Data Architecture & Platforms: Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-efficient data platforms that support advanced analytics, AI, and decision-making. Modernize legacy systems and integrate cloud environments.
* Drive Analytics & AI Industrialization: Scale analytics and AI solutions from pilots to embedded, production-grade systems that deliver tangible business value in areas like underwriting, claims, and operations.
* Ensure Data Governance & Compliance: Implement a robust governance framework to ensure data quality, ownership, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act). Balance innovation with responsible AI practices.
* Foster a Data-Driven Culture: Embed data and AI into decision-making processes, promote data literacy, and drive cultural change across the organization.
* Lead & Develop the Data & AI Team: Build and retain a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, AI experts, and governance professionals. Foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
* Align Data Investments with Business Priorities: Manage the Data & AI portfolio, ensuring disciplined prioritization and resource allocation to maximize business impact.
* Monitor Market & Technology Trends: Stay ahead of technological advancements, regulatory changes, and industry benchmarks to maintain competitiveness.
Your Profile:
You are a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving enterprise-wide Data, Analytics, or AI transformations. You combine strategic thinking with technical expertise and have a strong ability to align stakeholders across functions and geographies. You bring deep knowledge of data architectures, cloud platforms, AI industrialization, and governance in regulated industries. You are skilled at embedding data-driven decision-making into organizational culture and delivering measurable business outcomes. You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics) and have experience operating at a senior leadership level. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Dutch and/or French is preferred.
