We are seeking an innovative and results-driven GenAI/Agentic AI Analytics Delivery Lead with deep expertise in SAP Analytics and the SAP S/4HANA innovation pipeline. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and scaling next-generation analytics solutions that leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI to drive business transformation and value realization for our clients. Additionally bring the ability to accurately understand the specifics of Clients to enable a value-based delivery of Analytics. An accomplished SAP professional will be someone whose expertise results in optimized Delivery of Analytics within S4 transformations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the integration of GenAI/AgenticAI capabilities into SAP Analytics and S/4HANA transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and innovation strategies.
* Architect and deliver advanced analytics solutions, combining SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, and third-party AI/ML platforms.
* Drive the modernization of analytics environments, including the migration and enhancement of SAP BW systems using SAP Business Data Cloud and Agentic AI frameworks.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent process optimization within the SAP ecosystem.
* Guide the development and deployment of AI-powered analytics products, ensuring robust integration with S/4HANA and cloud-based data architectures.
* Stay at the forefront of SAP and AI innovations, continuously evaluating emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance delivery excellence.
* Mentor and upskill teams on GenAI/Agentic AI concepts, tools, and best practices, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Performing thorough documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports

Necessary Knowledge / Skills:
* SAP-accredited or certified experience
* Hands-on expertise with GenAI/AgenticAI technologies, including practical application in analytics delivery.
* Demonstrable experience as on SAP Analytics as SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Joule and, if available, knowledge of third-party cloud and data warehouse tools
* Understand of strategies and approach of modernization SAP BW with utilizing SAP BDC
* Strong experience of Analytics visualizing tools like MS PowerBI or Tableau
* Up to date knowledge of SAP S/4HANA systems, deployment, and integration
* Current knowledge of Analytics and S4 innovations and key business processes
* Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in English, and knowledge of other European languages would be an asset
