As part of the Rates Sales team, you will be based in Amsterdam and will collaborate closely with our clients' treasury departments to develop and implement customized interest rates and energy commodities hedging solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Develop tailored interest rate and energy commodities hedging solutions for multinational corporations, real estate companies, and public sector clients located in the Netherlands and Nordics.
* Being the interface to regional and global business partners, including M&A, DCM, lending, trading, as well as the global Rates Sales teams.
* Independently develop and identify cross-selling ideas that span across products and services and ensure the timely involvement of the respective business partners.

Skills:
* Previous work experience in finance or (investment) banking is an asset, preferably in a Sales or Trading environment.
* Strong numerical skills, quick and ambitious learner. Advanced knowledge in the areas of interest rate derivatives and related XVA calculations is an asset.
* High level of initiative, performance and goal orientation combined with good teamwork.
* Communicate confidently in Dutch and English both orally and in writing.
* Ability to work under pressure in a vibrant environment and dealing with multiple requests at the same time.
