Essential Requirements:

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including third-party partners.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a curious mindset to identify new business opportunities
* Numerate and analytical
* Educated to Bachelor´s degree level or equivalent
* Fluency in Norwegian and English
* Business-level competency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point, but also ability and interest in learning new systems and tools since we
embrace technological change
* Excellent presentation skills
* Previous experience from the FMCG-business is a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

* Manage and develop existing customer relationships outside the grocery channel, which will drive mutual growth through price negotiations, assortment
and campaign recommendations based on trends and customer needs and strategies
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities and channels (develop strategic plans) to increase Mars Pet Nutrition sales
* Responsible for each customers P&L and forecast
* Presenting strategic plans both internally and externally to customers
* Coordinating activities and communication between internal KAMs/KAM-support and external third-party field force, including tracking of KPIs and follow
through
