As an Entry Portfolio Specialist, you will support the IT Portfolio Management area by helping maintain structure, overview, and high data quality across initiatives and IT products. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and stakeholders across IT and the business, gaining valuable insight into how large IT organisations manage priorities, performance, and governance.

This position is well suited for newly educated candidates, for example with a background in business, IT, economics, management, or similar fields.

Your opportunity to learn and grow
You will join the IT Portfolio function, where we support decision-making and transparency across the IT landscape. The team works closely with IT leadership, finance, and delivery teams to ensure consistent follow-up, clear reporting, and well-functioning portfolio processes.

In this entry-level role, you will be supported by experienced colleagues and gradually take on responsibility as you build your understanding of portfolio management, KPIs, and IT governance.

Key responsibilities
* Supporting portfolio teams with time registration follow-up and data quality
* Preparing and maintaining simple reports and portfolio overviews
* Supporting follow-up on KPIs, milestones, and actions
* Assisting with process optimisation within IT Portfolio and IT Product governance
* Helping prepare management presentations and status material
* Coordinating inputs and follow-ups with stakeholders across IT and business
* Contributing to a structured, transparent, and well-documented way of working
Who we are looking for
* Newly educated or early in your career
* Structured and analytical mindset
* Comfortable working with data, follow-up, and coordination tasks
* Clear and confident communication skills in English
* Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels
* Curious, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and processes
Experience from internships, student jobs, or university projects within IT, PMO, finance, or reporting is an advantage, but not a requirement.
