The Commodities Product team is a customer-driven group that leads end-to-end product lifecycle management, continuously evolving offerings by leveraging market expertise, disciplined risk practices, and strong partnerships to unlock value across the commodities lifecycle.
What you'll be doing:
* Translate market, industry, competition knowledge and client interactions into agriculture trading workflow requirements
* Manage and prioritize the flow of product development requests
* Partner with Business, Data Management, Research, Technology or external partners to make these requirements happening
* Participating in the construction of the business case (by bringing candidate projects and/or performing estimates)
* Working with Technology (Solutions, Development) on the planning
* Driving development teams on a day to day basis using Agile methodologies
* Delivering directly in "self-service" using CMS
* Building and driving external partnerships for opportunistic projects or whenever we don't have the in-house expertise or resource
* Responsible for the end to end lifecycle and product delivery
* Support Account Teams (demos, workshops)
* Assist marketing in the development of marketing materials
You'll bring:
* Strong team player with experience of working with virtual teams from different functions / regions
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
* Curiosity, openness for change and obsession for continuous improvements
* Deep experience of engaging with clients and frontline teams to support and promote product capabilities
* Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-cultural global context
* Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new platform paradigms and their parameters so as to enable rapid take-up of product management responsibilities on new enterprise platforms
* Exposure to product management and/or experience of engaging with development teams to deliver software
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects across teams in a matrix-organization environment
* Demonstrated ability to document requirement specifications for both front-end, database and content requirements
* Demonstrated ability to use critical tools for product management, e.g. Jira, and exposure to dev processes such as Scrum.
Some of your daily tasks
Key responsibilities include:
* Engaging with users, frontline sales/support teams, business management, to define requirements for constant improvements to the functions and service quality of our products for this market
* Engaging with the same teams to gather inputs on priority and cost/duration so as to facilitate the creation and monthly update of an enterprise product roadmap, spanning all platforms, products and content sets
* Engaging with development teams to bring those requirements into reality with the highest quality of result in terms of interface, functional richness, performance and reliability
* Using all the tools at their disposal to curate any client-facing interfaces in the product in response to user feedback, market-driven changes and marketing strategies to maintain high levels of service quality and drive growth in user numbers
* Analysing platform, product and content usage data and other quantitative and qualitative inputs to empower data-driven decisions about priorities and the general direction of product evolution
* Engaging with marketing and support teams to ensure users are fully briefed on the most important features in the product range
* Engaging with business management to help shape strategy for retention of existing subscribers and growth into the future.

* Proposition, Content, Marketing and Research & Insight colleagues
* Development leads and developers within our technology organization globally, helping them to make the right decisions and trade-offs in Agile development processes so as to maximize client value delivered
* SAM colleagues across all regions in order to ensure that customers' requests are being considered, evaluated and consequently implemented

You will be even more competitive if:
* you posses knowledge of other than Commodities asset classes like e.g. Infrastructure, Project Finance or Company data

Compensation Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between zł180,000 - zł284,600. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Bonus Plan ("bonus plan"). Target Bonus % will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
