About the Role:
Would you like to gain experience in an international environment and learn how product flow management works from an operational perspective? Join the Product Flow Management team!
In this role, you will support product documentation and data processes, cooperate with marketing and production teams, and ensure smooth information flow across systems.
Main Responsibilities:
* Close cooperation with Marketing Departments in several countries of the Group to confirm the portfolio of products and projects to be carried out
* Creating product and packaging codes in the SAP system
* Collecting information about the graphic design, legal and marketing texts and technical designs of packaging
* Preparation and forwarding to the graphic agency of instructions related to the creation of packaging
* Coordination of the packaging approval process by the Marketing Department and the Legal Department and solving problems arising during the process
* Preparing and sending product documentation to production plants and answering production inquiries
* Monitoring the status of projects and deadlines for their implementation
About You:
* Preffered education: Bachelor/Master in Business/Economics/Management/Logistics
* Knowledge of English at C1 level
* One year experience in an international FMCG company is welcome, but we also invite ambitious graduates to be recruited
* Good knowlegde of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Diligence and precision in action
* Analitical thinking and result orientation
* Ability to set priorities and manage several projects at the same time
* Very good communication skills

Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary and an annual bonus.
The expected salary range for this position will be communicated to candidates selected for the interview stage, in accordance with the amended Labour Code. The final salary will be determined individually based on objective and neutral criteria, in particular professional experience, qualifications, required competencies, and other work-related factors, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
