Job Description:

At Bosch eBike we are developing award-winning products and features for bike riders world-wide. We are looking for a Requirements Engineer with a passion for eBikes. Bosch is in the forefront when it comes to eBike Systems.
* Requirements Elicitation from System > Comp > Domain;
* Specification and Documentation of Requirements (4C Method);
* Reviewing Requirements and Moderation of Reviews;
* Optimizing requirements processes;
* Supporting Requirements Audits within SW domain;
* Managing change requests;
* Managing SW Requirements over the whole process incl. Validation;
* Tools: Jama, Doors (Next Gen).

Qualifications:

* Education: Master's degree in IT, Mechatronics, Electronics, Physics or equivalent;
* Programming C++, Python, AI application;
* Knowledge of Software Engineering, Battery Systems or comparable component is nice to have;
* Analytical skills, problem-solving and debugging skills;
* Proactive, self-driven, and able to take ownership of complex topics with confidence;
* Strong team collaborator who supports collective goals and demonstrates a continuous learning mindset;
* Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany;
* Passion for cycling.
