What you'll build

You will lead high-impact projects that help customers transform their businesses through SAP implementations and AI-enabled solutions. Your work will directly influence customer outcomes, technology adoption, and long-term partnerships across the Middle East.

In this role, you will:

* Drive end-to-end delivery of complex projects spanning multiple business units, partners, and vendors.

* Shape customer engagements early by contributing to bid and proposal activities, defining delivery approach, governance, scope, and risk.

* Ensure alignment between customer business objectives and project outcomes, with a strong focus on AI adoption and value realization.

* Act as a trusted partner to customers, building sustainable, long-term relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

* Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to deliver quality outcomes in complex environments.

* Proactively manage risks, issues, and escalations, taking ownership of de-escalation and recovery activities when needed.

* Contribute to the evolution of delivery models and long-term concepts that strengthen how projects are executed regionally.

What you bring

You bring structured project management expertise, strong stakeholder skills, and a collaborative mindset. You are comfortable operating across cultures, navigating ambiguity, and staying focused on outcomes.

You bring:

* 2-5 years of project management experience delivering medium-scale, medium-risk projects.

* Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams within a formal project management methodology.

* Hands-on experience managing full project lifecycle artifacts (e.g., project charter, plans, schedules, budgets, financials, and reporting).

* Strong capability in project financial management, including tracking actuals, forecasting, and communicating financial status.

* Proven experience managing scope, quality, issues, and risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.

* Experience working within contractual delivery frameworks, including formal review and approval processes.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to present delivery approaches clearly.

* Cultural awareness and experience working with customers and teams across different countries and nationalities.

* Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage
