Job Description:

At Bosch, you will play a key role in shaping a safer, healthier, and more sustainable industrial environment. As an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Technician, you will actively contribute to ensuring compliance, reducing environmental impact, and driving forward sustainability initiatives.
Your contribution to something big:
* Monitoring and improving EHS management systems in accordance with ISO 45001, ISO14001 and EMAS standards;
* Monitoring legal and regulatory requirements in environmental and safety areas;
* Conducting risk assessments, including environmental and chemical hazards;
* Conducting audits and supporting compliance activities;
* Developing and implementing safety and environmental improvement programs;
* Driving initiatives and projects to reduce waste based on circular economic concept;
* Supporting Bosch's sustainability strategy and continuous improvement process.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:
Education
* Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field;
* CAP of Senior Occupational Health & Safety Technician.
Experience
* 5 or more years of experience in an industrial environment in EHS, Occupational Safety, or related functions;
* Experience implementing, maintaining and improving Management Systems according to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and EMAS standards.
Know-how
* Strong understanding of environmental and occupational health & safety legislation, regulations and standards;
* Experience in audits, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Languages
* Good command of English (spoken and written).
