Key Responsibilities
* Operations in F&B service, bar, and guest relations.
* Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience.
* Build strong connections with recurrent guests and foster lasting relationships.
* Provide presentations of our farm and hotel to new guests.
* Serve in the restaurant and support colleagues wherever needed.
* Identify tasks proactively and take initiative without being asked.
* Manage and motivate the team, especially during the busy summer months.
Requirements
* Proven experience in hospitality, particularly in food & beverage service and/or guest relations.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
* Confidence in speaking with guests and presenting our concept with enthusiasm.
* Flexibility to take on different tasks and help across departments when needed.
* A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
