Focus: Data-driven transparency for all locations.
Location: Romania (Remote/Hybrid) Focus: Data Analytics and Compliance

Your Responsibilities:
* Dashboarding: Development and maintenance of performance dashboards in ServiceNow and Skywise.
* Quality Assurance: Conducting ticket audits to monitor data quality and process compliance.
* Data Analysis: Creation of ad-hoc analyses to identify cost drivers and inefficiencies.
* Process Support: Providing assistance to German locations in measuring cost reduction measures.

Your Profile:
* Strong analytical skills and experience in handling large data volumes.
* Proficient in ServiceNow Reporting and Skywise.
* Detail-oriented working style and understanding of IT service structures.
