Online VM Specialist

We are looking for an Online VM Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and frictionless online shopping experience across our e-commerce sites and marketplace channels.
Working closely with merchandising, product, marketing, CRM, and external partners, you will ensure the right products are presented to the right customers at the right time. Through a combination of commercial thinking, visual merchandising expertise, and data-driven decision-making, you will help optimize performance, drive product discovery, and maximize the customer experience across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive online product discovery and deliver a seamless customer journey across e-commerce and marketplace channels.
* Manage product activation, category management, and online visual merchandising to maximize commercial performance.
* Monitor product and category performance, using data and insights to optimize sales, margin, conversion, and return rates.
* Collaborate with merchandising, CRM, marketing, and product teams to ensure the right products are presented at the right time across all markets.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute site updates, campaigns, promotions, and key trading activities.
* Support marketplace growth through launch coordination, account optimization, and collaboration with external partners and integrators.
* Monitor market trends and customer behavior, providing insights and recommendations to support future growth and digital acceleration initiatives.
