You enjoy collaborating across functions and are comfortable working in an environment where priorities evolve.
You are confident taking ownership of your work, contributing to process development and supporting others through knowledge sharing and collaboration. An interest in commercial performance, markets and planning processes is essential, as is a willingness to question assumptions and continuously improve ways of working.
In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:
* A university degree in economics, business administration or a related field, providing a foundation for analytical and commercial work
* Several years of relevant experience in a data-driven or analytical role, ideally within sales planning, reporting or business analysis
* Experience working with BI, analytics and reporting tools, supporting structured analysis and decision-making
* A solid understanding of business processes and process development
* Fluency in English, as it is the language of written and spoken communication at Polestar
