We are looking for a passionate Revenue Growth & Commercial Finance Manager (m/f/d) who will shape the commercial agenda behind our iconic brands, turning data-driven insights into sustainable growth opportunities across Switzerland and Austria.
You can choose your preferred base location - this role can be performed from either our Vienna or Zurich office.
These are your tasks
Commercial Finance & Business Partnering
* You partner with Sales, Marketing and Senior Management to drive profitable growth through data-driven insights and financial analysis.
* You support annual customer negotiations by developing robust business cases, customer profitability analyses and negotiation scenarios.
* You provide strategic recommendations on commercial investments, pricing and profitability.
* You deliver impactful analyses and decision support to senior leadership.
Revenue Growth Management
* You lead the Revenue Growth Management agenda across Switzerland and Austria, focusing on pricing, promotions, trade investments and portfolio optimisation.
* You drive cross-functional initiatives that improve profitability, customer value and sustainable growth.
* You develop KPI frameworks and evaluate commercial activities to maximise return on investment.
* You shape pricing and investment strategies that strengthen revenue and margin performance.
Leadership & Capability Building
* You lead and develop a team of three RGM & Commercial Finance professionals across Switzerland and Austria.
* You foster a strong commercial and profitability mindset across the organisation.
* You drive data, analytics and AI-driven initiatives to enhance decision-making and commercial effectiveness.
* You collaborate closely with Finance, Sales and Business Excellence teams to ensure alignment and maximise business impact.
This is your profile
* You hold a university degree in Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling and/or Commercial Strategy.
* You bring several years (typically 4-7) of relevant experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling or FP&A/BP&A within large organisations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
* You combine strong commercial acumen with strategic agility and know how to challenge the status quo while translating data-driven insights into clear business recommendations.
* You have excellent analytical and project management skills and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning complex data into actionable decisions.
* You have a proven track record of influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Finance.
* You are a reliable and trusted team player with a strong sense of ethics and integrity.
* You are fluent in German and English; French is considered a strong advantage.
