The Data Center Of Excellence in Global Operations Services has a twofold mission. It delivers critical daily processes such as tax reporting or reconciliation, as well as has a continuous focus to improve these via process engineering, automation or control solutions towards process excellence. The Team Head is responsible for planning and achieving these targets, while supporting and coaching the team of 14+ members.

YOUR CHALLENGE

* Leadership and Coaching: Establishing and implementing the vision, team oversight and capacity management, team development through training plans and coaching
* Ensuring the daily business activity: the team performs Data Quality controls and Data Cleansing activities. Ensuring completeness, resource management and oversight of the activity
* Transformation: Define a roadmap for implementing transformation such as automations, process reengineering or monitoring solutions. Establish the framework on when to use various capabilities available to the team. Develop access to further tools and integration possibilities. Ensure that solutions are reusable and appropriately documented
* Skills development: Encoure the team to develop their skills to further improve BAU quality or support Transformations actively

YOUR PROFILE

* Leadership and coaching skills, previous leadership experience required
* Banking Operations several years experience
* Curiosity to get deep understanding of the business processes to identify improvements
* Project management experience
* Process engineering, process automation, data analytics
* Analytical skills to understand and resolve problems
* University education (or equivalent academic degrees) in Business, Finance, Data Engineering or similar
* Fluent in English and good German skills would be a plus
* Data and Tech literacy for Data analytics, Data Modeling experience would be a plus
