What We Offer

* Responsible for the day to day Procurement operations including issue resolution and Supplier Management for the following process areas:
* Evaluating the PRs in regard to correctness of ERP data being used and preparation of needed documents to start sourcing activities according to OSP and within quality and time constraints
* Track and follow up deliveries to ensure security of supply
* Documentation in SAP
* Assist and support ad-hoc requests related to vendor setup in the Covestro IT tools to enable sourcing
* Manage availability issue resolution in coordination with requisitioners and planners
* Support investigation of root cause analysis on sourcing issues
* Support the timely follow-up on planning of sourcing events
* Supports team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements.
* Processing of order confirmations
* Testing of new tools and support with implementation
* Tracking and follow-up on undelivered purchase orders
* Manage operational supplier performance, on time in full (OTIF)
* Other tasks based on superior request.

The minimum salary on this position is 1530 EUR monthly. The salary can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.

What You Offer

* Degree in business or technical field.
* Approximately 1-2 years of experience in Procurement operations, preferably in a Service Center environment.
* Basic knowledge of SAP and typical other IT-tools as a plus.
* Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure.
* Acts as a role model by being a team-player.
* Ability to adapt to new culture and people.
* Strong service orientation: strong commitment to customer orientation and understanding of customer needs and market trends.
* Strong communication skills.
* Business proficient English and ideally respective market language.
