About this role

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst in our Spanish data team, you will lead our transition to Looker while delivering excellence through data architecture. You will care for our partners by turning raw data into strategic insights that drive the Spanish market forward. By delivering high-impact visualizations and automated workflows, you'll help us stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.

These are some of the key components to the position:

* Design, build, and maintain high-impact dashboards in Tableau that tell a clear story and drive strategic action.
* Partner with leadership to transform raw data into actionable insights rather than simple data reports.
* Lead the architectural design of our data insights during our pivotal migration to Looker.
* Optimize BigQuery data pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable data tables for the entire organization.
* Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and automation through Zapier to streamline internal reporting.
* Bridge the gap between local business needs and global technical teams through clear communication.

What will you bring to the team?

* Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments such as consulting, tech, or scale-ups, with hands-on experience building data solutions ​
* Proven ability to build scalable, user-friendly dashboards in Tableau to solve complex business problems.
* Expertise in Structured Query Language (SQL) with the ability to optimize complex queries and joins.
* Technical knowledge of data modeling and version control tools like Github or dbt.
* A proactive mindset that prioritizes high-impact tasks and seeks to improve existing processes.
* Strong academic background in a quantitative field such as Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
* Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish to collaborate across international teams.
* Curiosity for automation tools to increase operational efficiency and workflow speed.
