The Corporate Services & Office Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the efficient management of corporate services and office operations within the organization. This position combines operational excellence with a strong digital and systems-driven approach, supporting key administrative functions while providing assistance to members of the Executive Committee.
This position provides comprehensive support across fleet management, travel and expense systems, corporate cards, and general office administration, contributing to a well-organized and productive work environment.
QUALITIFCATIONS: Proven experience in office management, executive assistance, or similar roles supporting senior stakeholders. Demonstrated experience supporting C-level or senior leadership. Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Digital & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook). Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems. Strong ability to navigate and manage multiple digital tools and web-based applications (fleet, travel, expenses, etc.). High digital mindset, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems. Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is a plus. Languages: High level of Spanish and English is mandatory. Portuguese or French is a plus. Other: Driving license (B) is desirable.
