YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead process communities and/or projects or workstreams in large projects

* Engage teams in defining aspirational outcomes and metrics

* Collaborate with teams to co-create customer-centric, simple best-in-class processes

* Lead design & integration of new technical solutions (e.g. OMP, Agentic AI)

* Develop state-of-the-art knowledge and capabilities within the organization

* Define standards and global SOPs, manage reviews / audits and risks to ensure compliance with external laws and regulations

WHAT YOU BRING

* University Bachelor's degree in a business or scientific field, preferably Master's, combined with significant work experience within and outside Bayer

* Strong understanding of industry-leading end-to-end pharmaceutical supply chains and business acumen

* Significant experience and proven ability to execute and improve Demand Planning, Supply (Network) Planning and Sales & Operations Execution processes as well as enabling IT systems (APO/OMP) and new technologies (e.g. AI)

* Advanced understanding and practical experience in leading projects and applying Business Process Management / Operational Excellence methodologies

* Proven ability to adapt to quickly changing business & stakeholder needs, and ability to challenge the status quo

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds, as well as the ability to influence others and lead change

* Demonstration of DSO and first VACC behaviors, especially entrepreneurial mindset & ownership

Fluent in English, Spanish is a Plus
