Job TitleData Management & Governance Lead

Lead a TIDE Data Governance area to ensure that TIDE Data Products are produced, managed, and delivered in line with consistent standards, policies, and compliance requirements across all domains. Act both as a hands-on steward for TIDE data areas and as the leader and mentor guiding a Data Governance area.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee data governance across all TIDE data domains, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
* Define and maintain TIDE data governance policies and standards, aligned with ADO strategy.
* Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective governance implementation, data quality, and regulatory compliance.
* Ensure proper documentation, data lineage, metadata consistency, and compliant data sharing across domains.
* Drive compliance awareness, security, access controls, and risk management in collaboration with Legal.
* Mentor and develop Data Stewards, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience in data governance or data management within complex, federated environments.
* Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA) and data lifecycle management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
