Clienteling App Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of our clienteling application. In this role, you will work closely with both business and tech teams to create tools that enhance the client experience in-store and support our retail teams worldwide.
What is important for the role: Previous experience in Product Ownership, Project Management or similar roles, ideally within digital products Experience working in retail, CRM or client-facing tools is a strong plus; luxury or fashion industry is a plus Comfortable working with different stakeholders and able to influence decisions across teams Experience working in agile or similar environments Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills A proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of user experience and customer-centric thinking Experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) is a plus Fluent English is required; Spanish is a plus
