Job Description:
- Support to manage the Master schedule, Programme Quality gates and Risk management for
Programme. Day to day follow-up of the activities.
- Establishes WBS, challenges stakeholders, Co-Manage work share allocation within ECG and subsidiaries.
- Responsible for main national suppliers relationship iaw the workshare.
- Responsible for GFEs follow up
- Support to prepare regular information to management, KAM and customers.
- Ensures Spanish customers needs/requests for analysis.
- Support offers preparation and contracts negotiation up to contract signature.
- Support to management ensuring relationships with and reporting to MoD and Mintur (pre-funding administrator).
- Has operational authority on the relevant groups and persons contributing to the Spain Programme activities.
- Ensures interface with all partners and customers for the Spanish programme.
- Coordination of processes: OP/FC, CtC, in Spain.
