Job Description

Project Portfolio Manager - Coordinator

Daily responsibilities

* You will be responsible for the sprint content for the version, in line with the roadmap

* Sprint tracking: estimates, risk, alerts, ticket progress, planning and management of unforeseen applications

* Assign topics to the team on the project

* Ensure smooth testing phases with the QA/testing team: capture feedback and plan fixes

* Organize project meetings: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective

* Maintain team cohesion and interactions with other teams

* Perform people management for team members

* Work with colleagues to develop them and support their career progression

Who are you?

* We are looking for someone who can drive positive change, is proactive, and can lead the way - passionate, with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and progress.

* Organized, rigorous, autonomous; you have significant and proven experience in managing large-scale projects in Agile, with Product Owner experience

* You are curious, enjoy the challenge, and want to use your listening and communication skills to move the team forward. Communication with project stakeholders is essential.
