HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate to join our company. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to grow as sales professionals within a leading brand in the fashion industry.
The position is intended to cover three specific locations within the Womenswear section: Castellana ECI Womenswear, Serrano ECI Womenswear, and Goya ECI Womenswear.
This is a permanent position to work in the best Shops in Shops of HUGO BOSS Madrid.

Position Details:

* 36-hour workweek.
* Permanent contract.
* Immediate incorporation.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail. Previous experience in premium or luxury retail, especially in the Womenswear section, will be highly valued.
* High level of English (C1 advanced).
* Availability to work rotating shifts (morning and afternoon).
* Flexibility to work across different locations: El Corte Inglés Castellana, Serrano, and Goya.

What you can expect:

* To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity
* To maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
* To identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of HUGO BOSS merchandise
* To ensure all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time
* To optimise product knowledge to the best advantage in recommending and drawing customer's attention to products in order to maximise selling opportunities

Your profile:

* Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environment.
* Willing to adapt and take on new challenges.
* Always presents a professional image.
* Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
* Professionalism is maintained under all circumstances.
* Fluent English.
* Another Language is a plus.
