Payroll:
* Ensure that all payroll related queries from employees, authorities and managers are addressed timely and properly
* Create & review contracts, collective agreements changes and salary information
* Work closely with outsourced payroll office, to control that all information is up-to-date and correct
* Manage with the monthly local payroll process
* Management of the entities in payroll Responsible for payroll reporting (weekly, monthly, yearly basis)
* Support yearly internal and external audit processes People Admin:
* Ensure accurate documentation of employee files, and any other payroll and HR records Issuing the confirmations of the employment (Employer certificate)
* Reporting & tracking of sick leave
* Administration of health contribution benefit
* Maintain HRIS system TalenPass, &frankly with the current employee data and update organisational charts
* General recruitment administration
* Administration of UCAGECI system and keeping data up to date on daily bases
* Assist with the production of ad hoc reports using Excel and HRIS
* Benefits administration (Meal voucher, health insurance etc.)
* Onboarding, promotion, internal moves, terminations administration
* Day-to-day general duties include providing general administrative support to the People Business Partners and P&C Director; handling general correspondence and queries; assisting with the review of processes and procedures and recommending improvements
