You will:
* Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver robust, secure, and efficient solutions
* Integrate APIs and services with modern platforms to enhance performance and scalability
* Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing applications to ensure reliability and efficiency
* Contribute to defining best practices, coding standards, and modern development methodologies
* Explore new technologies and tools to continuously improve backend performance and maintainability
* Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and innovation-driven culture

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field
* 1+ year of experience in backend development using Java with Spring/Spring Boot and Microservices
* Fresh graduates with strong portfolios or internship experience are also welcome
* Strong understanding of software development principles and teamwork in an Agile environment
* Good command of English (written and spoken) - or at least able to communicate ideas clearly
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about staying current with new technologies
* Willingness to work onsite
